MentoraCity is an education platform that combines a free coaching marketplace, LMS tools for coaching centers, and a live learning community for students, teachers, and coaching centers.

Step 1 — Select your role: Choose "Coaching Center" when prompted during sign-up.

On your dashboard, go to Settings -> Coaching Center to create your first branch and update your coaching center status to Active. You can add up to two branches from the Branches section.

One account — one coaching center: Each MentoraCity account is linked to a single coaching center.

Multiple branches — same or different coaching centers: As a teacher or coach, you can be added to branches across multiple different coaching centers. You are not limited to your own center.

Multiple roles within the same branch: Within a single branch, you can hold more than one role at the same time — for example, being both a Teacher and a Manager in the same branch. The coaching admin of each center controls what roles you are assigned.

Students can enroll in multiple coaching centers: However, within each coaching center you can only be enrolled in one branch at a time.
Students and parents can browse coaching profiles, compare subjects, check details, and discover coaching centers by location and preferences on the coaching search page.
Yes. MentoraCity includes LMS capabilities such as attendance tracking, fee management, class and assignment workflows, and quiz features for coaching operations.
Yes. The built-in attendance module allows coaching centers to mark, track, and view student attendance records digitally. Teachers can mark attendance class-by-class and parents or students can be notified automatically.

Students must be between 5 and 26 years old. Teachers and coaches must be at least 15 years old. We collect date of birth only to verify eligibility and safety. Users under 18 should use the platform with parent or guardian oversight. Parents do not need a separate account and can support access using the student login, and we may restrict accounts that do not meet the age criteria.
No. A separate parent account is not required right now. Parents or guardians can support their child by using the student’s login credentials, while keeping access secure and only sharing it within the family.
MentoraCity is a zero-commission marketplace that connects students with local coaching centers. Along with the marketplace, every coaching center gets access to a free LMS (attendance, assignments, quizzes, fee tracking, notifications) and a student community — all in one platform.
Coaching centres are not verified through a formal document/physical verification process before listing. What is verified is the review system — only students who've been enrolled for at least 1 months, and whose activity checks out, are allowed to leave a review. So while listings are open, the reviews you see are trust-checked.
You can currently browse and compare coaching centres by subject and location. Fee comparison is on our roadmap and will be added soon.
Yes, listing your coaching centre on MentoraCity is completely free. The LMS environment (attendance, assignments, quizzes, fee tracking, and more) comes with a free 30-day trial, after which it becomes a paid feature.
Reviews on MentoraCity can only be left by students who have been enrolled at a coaching center for at least 1 months. Before a review goes live, we verify both the student's and the coaching center's activity to confirm it's genuine — this keeps out fake or paid reviews.
