To help coaching centres get discovered and to keep listings accurate, we may collect publicly available information about coaching centres and their branches from the internet and other third-party sources — for example, public business directories, search engines, and publicly posted reviews or feedback about the coaching center. This may include a coaching center's name, address, branch locations, subjects/courses offered, contact details, and public feedback about the center. We do not collect student personal information through this process — this applies only to publicly available business information about coaching centres and their branches, and is used solely to create, complete, and verify coaching center and branch profiles, and to improve their visibility in search results (SEO).
2. How We Use Your Data
We use data to create and manage accounts, verify eligibility and age, operate the LMS and coaching marketplace, personalize learning experiences, deliver notifications, prevent fraud, maintain platform security, and comply with legal obligations. Publicly sourced coaching center information is used only to build and verify coaching center/branch profiles and improve their discoverability.

We use cookies and similar technologies, along with third-party analytics and notification services, to understand platform usage, improve performance, and send push notifications and alerts. 6. Age Requirements and Children's Data
MentoraCity is designed for education. Students must be between 5 and 26 years old. Teachers and coaches must be at least 15 years old. Users under 18 should use the platform with parent or guardian oversight. If we learn a user does not meet the age requirements, we may restrict or delete the account. We collect date of birth only for age verification and safety.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You can request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent for your data by contacting our support team. You can also manage visibility and privacy options in your account settings where available and opt out of non-essential communications.
If any information collected about a coaching center from public sources (see Section 1) is inaccurate or outdated, the coaching center may request a correction or update by contacting our support team, and we will review and update it promptly.
