MentoraCity accepts only users who meet our age requirements. Students must be between 5 and 26 years old. Teachers and coaches must be at least 15 years old. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Users under 18 should use the platform with parent or guardian oversight.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials. You must not impersonate others or create misleading profiles.
You agree not to use MentoraCity for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity. Content that violates applicable law, intellectual property rights, or community safety expectations may be removed.
Coaching centers and educators are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, schedules, fees, and educational claims. MentoraCity provides discovery and platform tools but does not guarantee outcomes, admissions, or performance results.
You retain ownership of content you post, but you grant MentoraCity a limited license to host, store, and display it for platform operations. You should only upload content you are authorized to share.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. By using the platform, you consent to receive essential service communications related to your account and activity. You can manage non-essential notifications in your settings where available.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security abuse, or legal compliance requirements. We may also remove content that creates platform risk.
MentoraCity is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from platform use, service interruption, or third-party actions.
We may update these Terms of Service as our product and legal obligations evolve. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
